These studies for 10₂ were created between June and September 1981, on 35cm x 28cm sheets of vellum using technical pens, felt-tip pens, ballpoint pens, graphite pencils, and/or colored pencils.

Several studies, (the ones with multiple X Y co-ordinates), were coded into BASIC programs running on an IBM PC for some early CG animation and stills used at live performances (with John S. Gray) at Toronto and Halifax art galleries.
